What should I do if I have questions about my order?

Most common questions should be answered here on this page, but if you have any additional questions, please feel free to ask us directly.
What do I need to present at the event?
Orders will be held at the venue box office on the evening of the event. On the night of the event, you will be asked to present your confirmation e-mail receipt and a photo ID that matches the name on the order. Venue policies may vary slightly, so please arrive early enough to ensure sufficient time to pick up your tickets.
Only the individual whose name is designated on the purchase receipt (or a person that we have designated as an Authorized Alternate in our system) may pick up the tickets at the event.
What should I do if my name is not on the order or someone else purchased the tickets for me?
The venues are not authorized to give admittance to an event to anyone other than the person whose name is designated on the order. It is important that your order be under the name of the correct person who will be picking up the tickets at the event.
If you would like to designate your order to be picked up by someone else, please contact us at least 24 hours before the event at email@example.com or call us at (888) 690-9875. Please include your order number and the name of your Authorized Alternate if you contact us by email.
How do I cancel my order?
All sales are final. Please be sure that you order correctly when placing your order. The only time we will be able to make a refund is if the event for which you have purchased tickets is completely cancelled. Please see the information below about cancellations and refunds.
How can I purchase tickets for someone else?
If you need to buy tickets for someone else with your credit card, please place the order under your own name and billing information and then contact us via email or phone to designate the order to your Authorized Alternate. What if the event is canceled or the venue is unable to present the event?
If the event is cancelled or the venue is unable to present the event, you will be contacted via email as soon as we have more information from the venue. We will contact you at the valid e-mail address provided to us in the checkout process, so please be sure all information you submit is accurate. We cannot be responsible for our inability to contact you due to inaccurate information we've received from you during the ordering process or otherwise.
In the event of a cancellation, we will be in contact via the e-mail address you have provided and will initiate a refund as information becomes available to us. If the event is cancelled, rescheduled, or the venue is closed for any reason, you will be updated via email as soon as information is available. Before traveling lengthy distances to an event, you may want to confirm with the venue that the event is still occurring.
Please note that weather conditions are not necessarily grounds for an event to be cancelled. The decision on whether to cancel the event is solely in the hands of our venue and promoter partners. We are not authorized to issue refunds due to inclement weather if the event is not cancelled!
Refunds due to event cancellation will be issued in the amount of the advertised face value of the tickets. In the event that a refund becomes necessary due to cancellation, service or processing fees may not be refunded in order to cover the transaction costs incurred by Indie Tickets LLC.
Can I add more tickets to my order?
No, all orders are final and will be processed at the time of checkout. If you would like to buy more tickets, we recommend that you log into your account and place an additional order.
What do you accept as payment for your order? Do you accept Paypal?
We accept credit cards or debit cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo as the exclusive form of payment. We do not accept Paypal at this time.
Will more tickets become available for an event?
We encourage venues to list all available tickets in their initial listing of an event. But, circumstances do sometimes change, so it is possible that more tickets will become available. Our recommendation is to check back or sign up for the mailing list to receive first notification of re-listed events.
Will you sell my information or send me unwanted solicitations?
