INDIETICKETS.COM TERMS OF USAGE AGREEMENT
By clicking "I Accept" on the Order Form, users of this web site ("User") consent to become bound by the terms of this agreement (the "Agreement"). Indie Tickets, LLC may change these Terms at any time, which shall be applied to any purchases made following the posting of the change(s) on this site.
Sales and Refunds
All Sales Are Final. If the event is cancelled or the venue is unable to present the event, you will be contacted via email as soon as we have more information from the venue. We will contact you at the valid e-mail address provided to us in the checkout process, so please be sure all information you submit is accurate. We cannot be responsible for our inability to contact you due to inaccurate information we've received from you during the ordering process or otherwise.
Refunds due to event cancellation will be made in the amount of the advertised value of the tickets. In the event that a refund becomes necessary due to cancellation, convenience fees will not be refunded in order to cover the costs incurred by Indie Tickets, LLC.
Admission to Events
Orders will be held at the venue box office on the evening of the event. You must bring your confirmation e-mail receipt and a photo ID that matches the name on the credit card that was used to purchase the tickets. If you are unable to pick up your tickets at the venue because you do not have your order receipt or photo ID, we will not be able to offer a refund for your ticket order.
Only the individual whose name is designated on the purchase receipt may pick up the tickets at the event. If you would like to designate your tickets to be picked up by someone else, please contact us at least 24 hours before the event at support@indietickets.com or call us at (888) 690-9875.
Some events have admission that is restricted based on age. Please ensure that you are eligible to attend the event before purchasing tickets. Purchase of advance tickets does NOT guarantee admission to events for individuals who do not meet age restriction requirements. No refunds will be issued as a result of denied admittance due to age restrictions.
